What type of insurance will I need?

   For your peace of mind, TravelOn USA provides Complete Insurance:  Accident and sickness medical, emergency medical transport, lost baggage and personal effects.  Travel delay and trip interruption protections will be provided through TravelOn USA’s designated insurance providers as further described in your package in such amounts and subject to such exclusions as are stated in the application master contracts between TravelOn USA and its insurers.

Will TravelOn USA accompany my group on our tour?

   A friendly, dedicated member of our staff will join you while on tour. He/she will assist you in providing a SAFE, SUCCESSFUL and ENJOYABLE trip. Sit back, relax and leave all the details to your Tour Manager..... commentary, directions, bill paying, etc.  ( Tour Manager's Page )

Can I have a customized itinerary created?

  TravelOn USA specializes in creating customized itineraries to meet your group's requirements. If you are a teacher we can create a fun filled, educational tour to meet your travel objectives, no matter what subject you teach - History, English, Music, Drama, Science, etc.  
   If your group has specialized interests, such as New England Homes, American History, Sports Trivia, etc., TravelOn USA  has experienced personnel eager to assemble a package that will be enjoyable and memorable.

Are complimentary tours available?

   Complimentary tours are available to chaperones and can be adjusted to meet your needs. Typically, one complimentary package is included for every ten paid passengers. A stipend is available at your request as compensation for your leadership and professional time. We also can provide discounts for chaperones' spouses and children.

Do I have a choice of departure points?

    TravelOn USA can arrange for your group to be picked up from a central location convenient to your group's origin. This is typically your school's location if you are a student group. It can also be a shopping area or other accessible location. Most group's choose a site that provides parking for chaperones and others wishing to safely leave their car which would then be available upon their return. TravelOn USA  is not responsible for vehicles left unattended. We generally ask that only one location be utilized as this helps to keep your group on time and together.
